Alignment: Rebels
**Abilities
Pure Brawler :: Rian has never learned how to use a weapon in preference of his fists, so he learned from the bars, bumps, and constant fights that he got himself to. He knows just how to land his punches and is skilled in dealing them. He's also not mindful over dirty techniques and attacks.
Street Smart :: He was born in the streets and had to fend for his own. Because of that, he and just how battle works are good friends. He is, as a result, crafty, and has learned, through experience, just what weapons could be more painful and beneficial for him on the streets.
Water-Bubble Proficiency :: Rian is pretty good at water magic and bubbles, pretty much another form of such water magic. The bubbles in particular are resilient and filled with water. It's not good to get your head stuck inside one. They can also pop at will. Rian can manipulate water using his magic as well as create it. He can't manipulate the bubbles in general, but the water inside them, causing the bubbles to move. He can create either bubbles or water. His usual arsenal could be bubbles, due to how they're useful.
Weaknesses:
He has small sense of priorities. What I mean by this is that, if he's going for 1 at a time, he doesn't pick whoever is "more dangerous." Rather, he just goes for whoever is closer to him. This can lead to him getting distracted. Also, due to him not really taking crap from anybody, ticking/angering him has him prioritize on you. This is even more problematic since he might go past a whole troop to just go past you, which can lead him open.
Rian is..pretty problematic. Oftentimes, some at fault to his street life, he has little "polite" codes and can thus drive just the right people mad by saying things that little would actually dare do. The best part is, he can do so with little difficulty.
Weapon: None. He mainly uses his fists.
Class: Rebel Leader
Limit Breaks: (Choose or create three. If you are a Canon, make sure you pick ones that the character actually has in the game)
Character History:
Rian Carmine was one of those unprivileged kids with hard, yet humble beginnings. Although it by no means made Rian humble himself, the life alone shaped him into what he is now. Not knowing his parents from a young age, he was forced to fend for himself since he could remember his own footsteps and breath. This would mean he would have to work for himself, pay for himself, and definitely feed himself. In whatever case, that also meant he had to learn for himself.
Just fortunately, Rian Carmine had gotten his hand on short-term wealth, which he used to attend school. One thing was certain for Rian, and it's that no one fucked with him. If any did, they were met with Rian's fists. Usually, his victory was what kept the students at bay. He grew to be very respected in the school because of it. Although he was only average in the intellectual department, he had natural talent when it came to his magic, and had the reflexes suitable to a fighter. With that, his winning school rumbles were justified. In any case, he grew interested in the magical side of the world, and learned how to utilize water magic. By the end, he knew about it enough to form his own water, use it in various ways, and even form them into bubbles.
No soon after 2 years that he graduated, he had realized something. He was one of the rebels that agreed that all that Limitless wanted to do was establish an iron hold towards the people. It was this belief that eventually made him decide to join the rebellion. He was just another asset to the team. Little did they know he would manage to pull one stunt that no one would've thought he'd have enough balls for. He has heard of Seifer Almasy, a big bad menace whose name has earned quite the popularity for how fearsome he is. Rian wondered how it would've been if he had fought with such a fearsome man. Rian didn't wonder if he had the balls to take him on..he knew the answer himself.
Almost by fate, what he had wondered would happen had become reality. There was a big battle going on between the Rebels and Limitless, with both Rian and Seifer in the frontlines. Seifer had done a number to the group, and Rian had done likewise. After an intense battle against the group, they both met each other and crossed blades, Rian in this case holding a metal pole he found. They were the only ones in both sides on the battlefield. Another intense fight broke out, this time with only two competitors. They were both like equals, fighting each other with no clear winner. When Seifer was just about to win, Rian managed to make a getaway using his water magic. It was his surviving an intense 1-on-1 that gave him his fame.
When word came that Rian had done something so big, it was a big boost of morale for the Rebels. Almost as if the equivalent of Seifer, Rian had received notoriety for his actions and was now a person of high danger to Limitless. Later in his life, when he was 29 years old, the last leader of the rebels had been killed. Rian had agreed to be the man's replacement, and he was admitted as the leader because he was just that good. Rian's name, at that point, had grown to nearly the same level as Seifer's. Rian's name isn't empty, though. It's far from it. He's just as likely to kick your ass than manage to distract Seifer for quite a while.
Writing sample:
The doors were opened, and the paths and walls had distinguishable patterns. While the floor was red in it's entirety, with shades of gold in it's lining of fiber, the rocky, yet smooth walls, had a pattern of diamonds. It was predominantly purple, though in the center of the very diamonds was a blackness as dark as any rock he had ever seen. Rian walked past the fancy, yet dizzy halls, he got to the main point. The 'main point' in question being the room where he could order his drink and get on with his life. The moment Rian gazed at the bartender, he walked at him. Rian had one hand within his pants, with only the thumb sticking out and folding against the fabric of his pants. He took out a portion of his hard-earned (read: mugged-earned) cash and slammed it down on the table.
"Get me a cold one." Rian kept a fearsome glare at the bartender. Those were the eyes of a man who's been through battles, most of them seemingly physical scuffles. Either way, his glare was not one to mess with. "Do you mean a beer, s-" the bartender was cut off by Rian's voice affirming the bartender's suspicions.
"Yes. A beer." the pubkeeper walked away to go get Rian's cold one.. Meanwhile, trouble was brewing. Some brave thugs, all of which knew shit about the man, decided to show the man just who was boss. Little to their knowledge, the bosses would not be them. They all awaited 'till the man got a sip of his beer, just to be nice. Once he did, however, it was time to assert their dominance in the bar. Sadly, however, that was not an easy task.
Thugs, totaling 3, started walking toward Rian like they ran the bar. Rian barely paid them any attention, only drinking his nice beer in peace. All the while, Rian thought to himself how they really needed to get better filtering in most of these bars. Rian was fine with it, though you would think Limitless would at least help with filtering? Rule one after Rian takes the lead :: Get..fucking..filters.
"Oi," the thug just a foot behind him wanted his attention. Rian looked back to see what they wanted to talk to him about. A man with hair that looked like Guile's had wanted to talk with him about something it appears. Rian made a "mm?" sound at him to show the gangster had his attention.
"You seem like top shit here." the thug said. From Rian's point of view, this looked obvious already. Rian was the "top dog" of the rebel faction, of course. "Mhm.." Rian responded nonchalantly, obviously uninterested. In response to that, the Thug got close to his face, smiling.
"I don't think you understand that we're the top dogs around here. Or are you man enough to prove us wrong, hm?"
The second thug got in the convo. "Though, if you're chicken, we can just beat you up with our buddies in the corner right there." In the 'corner' he referred to, there were 5 other men in tables. One had a mohawk that could pierce the heavens, the other with a pompadour that Rian wouldn't have touched with 50 foot tweezers. On the other 3 side, they wore berets. One of them's hair stuck out, obviously gelled. On question to the other thugs, the ones that aren't in the corner, the second and third thug both wore a rag around their heads that only made them look cold.
Rian looked at the thugs for a second, before shuffling to a man drinking some hard liquor. He points to the bottle, stating, "Is that empty?"
"What does it matter to you?" the man said. Why was the man getting in his business?
"Is it empty?"
"Yes, OK..?" the man just humored him with a lie so he could get away.. he wasn't expecting something to happen though. The moment he said this, Rian got the glass of hard liquor. Without even glancing at the thug, he slammed the bottle on the thug's jaw, surely breaking it. A lot of liquid shot out, the alcohol doing nothing to stop the burning in the wound, actually helping it really. The thug fell to floor in a second, screaming in pain. Rian suddenly stood up when the second thug looked in anger at the man. He wasn't going to weasel himself out of here? In that case, the 2 thugs were going to give him a beating he won't forget. The man who had just lost his bottle of liquor had his mouth gaped open. Was this man for real? Rian looked at the closest thug, targeting him.
"I know your kind. Just a bunch of wussies." Rian taunted. The second thug charged at him. Rian suddenly shot out a string of bubbles which popped in his face, stopping him for a second. Suddenly the humidity condensed itself into Rian's hand and formed a whip that smashed straight on the temple of the rag-wearing man's thick skull. The man yelled in pain. The water wasn't regular. It was put together to the point that it hurt just as much as a solid weapon. The moment the water smashed on his head, some of the water splashed on him again. In the same second, Rian pulled out an overhand which hit right on that thug's face. He continued with another tough blow to the stomach. Then, once the thug was sent back from two powerful blows, the water that remained on him condensed into Rian's hand into 5 smaller whips, hitting in separate parts of the thug's body. Rian kept it together by condensing it again into the same type of whip as the one that smashed his head, and targeted the exact same location. Meanwhile, the third thug got the stool that Rian had and was about to slam it on top of him.
The second thug was right knocked out, but Rian forgot about the 3rd one. The stool slammed on his back easily and he fell to the ground. The third thug took the opportunity to hit him while he's down with the stool.. The other 5 thugs decided to join the slamdown party. When they were, close, however, they weren't expecting Rian to charge up, throwing the thug to the ground. This time, he took the stool, and reversed the roles. He beat up on him about 4 times, before dropping the stool when the thug had enough.
Again, he got punched out in the gut when he turned around, getting piled on by the thugs. Despite the thugs persistently punching him, they weren't well landed. This ended with Rian standing up again and taking down all 5 for breathing room.. Rian decided that he'll cause a water spurt.
Quick fade to outside, Rian just walked out of the bar like nothing with a good bottle on his hands. He had taken care of all the 5 thugs by simply utilizing the best of his ability. Those thugs really weren't all that.

Limit Breaks: (Choose or create three. If you are a Canon, make sure you pick ones that the character actually has in the game)
Limit Break 1: Bubble Wall, Great Burst
Rian forms one string of bubbles in both hands and then starts swiping and throwing the bubbles on both sides, forming a wall on both sides but the front and back are there. Afterwards, they all combine to form a big bubble that traps anyone that was within the walls. After they're trapped, Rian commands the bubble to pop, causing the big amounts of water inside it to fire out uncontrollably, dealing a lot of damage caused by water pressure. Even if not inside the bubble, water pressure can still get you.

Limit Break 2: Eruption, Great Tides
Rian fires 3 dense whips of water at the ground, splashing violently on his opponents, as he runs to them. Suddenly, as more and more water is made, he shoots and grabs one enemy in a hold. Shot up with water, he then prepares the opponent for hell as a swirling spike of water is made in the ground. The water erupts as the enemy is dug into the water, which will cause another watery eruption. Water can still get you, despite targets.
Limit Break 3: Bubble Tornado, Bursting Tsunami
Rian shoots out a string of bubbles that go left and right, making it look like his first limit break is about to occur. Though, during their charge, they all pop and turn into two powerful waves that combine and cause a sort of watery tornado, trapping enemies hit in it.
Afterwards Rian jumps up, makes some water whips then gathers it all up in one. He spins, leaving the crafted water in midair. For the finale, Rian then kicks it down, which ends up having the water pick up the watery whirlpool and causing it to suddenly shoot down, incredible pressure acting on the ground to the point of cracking it. Suddenly, the water turns back to it's original movement briefly, sweeping Rian away to him flipping and landing on the ground in a picture perfect shot. In his wake, as he may see it, would be a catastrophe.. Yes..Water can still get you, despite targets.
